A few days before I came into Burnsville Volkswagen, my previous vehicle had broken down with a major transmission failure, so I had decided that I would test drive some newer vehicles in the event that my previous vehicle had broken down with a major transmission failure, so I had decided that I would test drive some newer vehicles in the event that my former vehicle would be too much to fix. I was parking the car I was there to test drive when I got the call that my vehicle needed a complete transmission replacement, so I had basically no choice but to buy a vehicle that day. My salesperson, Luis, was very patient with me while I spent time on the phone getting my affairs in order with my previous car and with my bank – he and the whole staff really went out of their way to make sure that I had a smooth and enjoyable car-buying experience in the midst of the less-than-stellar circumstances. Started my vehicle buying journey at Burnsville Volkwagen by getting the crap scared out of me! Thought I had hit a car as I was going thru the lot, but was just Travis, the salesperson, tapping on my car l by getting the crap scared out of me!
