To decide which vehicle would be best for our family, we shopped many makes and models and visited many dealers before and after our initial contact with Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. We returned to Luther because of their variety and product quality as well as their approach to sales. I did not feel pressure to purchase, only a desire from the dealer to educate me on which options to consider. Fast, friendly service, a knowledgeable sales staff and competitive pricing, what more can you ask for? I just had my 60k service performed, and in the almost two years since I purchased my Jetta TDI wagon, I have received only the highest professional treatment from Burnsville VW, from the very first intro two years since I purchased my Jetta TDI wagon, I have received only the highest professional treatment from Burnsville VW, from the very first introduction to Linda through six service visits with Brad Knudson and the service coordinators and technicians (who, although I don't know all their names, are certainly the wingnuts that help to deliver what everyone else has promised...). I have to admit that, two years ago when I was looking to purchase another car, VW wasn't originally on my list of manufacturers to consider, favoring instead an American make. Trouble is, I could find no domestic wagons of this size to accomodate my specific vehicle requirements of moderate cargo handling combined with higher fuel mileage. After my wife cajoled me to "just try one!", I was pleasantly surprised by how the car drove. Linda's help in answering many specifics about VW and diesels (and diesel use during Minnesota winters) eased my reservations, and both the quality of the car and the professional service work performed since my purchase have only reinforced to me (and my cajoling wife...) that we made the right decision in buying this particular car. Plus, now my wife will get to drive the Jetta once the time arrives to get another car, and she's looking forward to it already. Thanks to all for doing what you all do very well. More

Linda Radue, and the entire staff at your dealership made an awful experience great! My Jetta car engine blow-up, and I was able to get my new /used VW Beetle without difficulty. Everyone at the Burnsville VW dealership were wonderful. Linda was a GOD-send! She helped me with selecting the new/used Beetle, and with financing it. Linda was patient and kind with me, as I was a mess wondering how I was going to cope with getting a new/used car on a very tight budget, but we figured out a solution that worked for me. Thanks to everyone at Burnsville VW. You guys rock!! I love my new/used Beetle! I have purchased all my Volkswagan cars at the Burnsville Luther VW and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!!!! More

I just brought my 2007 Passat Wagon in for its 70,000 mile maintenance. I usually doing things like this myself because I just like doing things like this, that's why my other Volkswagen is a 1972 Westf mile maintenance. But I bought an extended warranty when I purchased this car a couple of months ago at Westside Volkswagen, I live in Burnsville, so I wanted to make sure routine maintenance was documented which is why I brought it in. I must say I was surprised, and pleasantly so, at the greeting and cordiality of the staff at Burnsville Volkswagen. It made my stay there, as short as it was, extremely pleasant. They will be seeing me again in about another 10,000 miles. More
