The Burnsville VW team listened carefully to my description of the issue, they were able to reproduce the noise, isolate the problem to slipping pads, and fix it! I'm so appreciative of their willingness to spend the extra time to get to the root cause of the problem. Sandie Fuller, my service rep, is top notch! She treats each customer with care and respect. She provides clear descriptions of the problem and the fix, and she stays on top of the service being done for the car. I'm sure all the service reps at Burnsvilile VW provide high-quality service, but Sandie goes above and beyond. We made an appointment for later in the day and the entire transaction was completed in less than an hour and a half. The Acura was pulled up at the front door awaiting my test drive and my trade-in was evaluated while I was gone. I felt the sale price of the Acura was appropriate and and my trade-in was valued fairly. The documentation was completed efficiently and I was on my way with no fuss. I had that day off to hunt for a new car, which I needed ASAP. I had my heart set on Honda Fit but my husband talked me into test driving the VW Golf, so reluctantly I did and I am SO GLAD because it was the best one! Linda made the car buying experience a pleasure as did Jacque Radue who helped us finance our new VW Golf. When my husband needs a new car he wants a VW Golf too. I can't believe they will give you a loaner car to use if your car needs servicing and they also have a shuttle bus to take you places like the mall!!! How cool is that!!! Making a dream come true My daughter's favorite red VW Jetta recently had a minor accident where the heater core gave out and the car had no heat. To make matters worse... it My daughter's favorite red VW Jetta recently had a minor accident where the heater core gave out and the car had no heat. To make matters worse... it is winter. She was a trooper and still drove that car for approximately 2 weeks without any heat. My wife and I were concerned about what other problems the car would have, so we took matters into our own hand and decided to get her a new car. My wife, brother-in-law and I took a day off and went up to the dealership to pick out a car for my daughter. I wanted to surprise my daughter with a different car besides the ones that she had in mind (Jetta, Passat, and CC, her top 3 choices). We asked Linda if there was a VW Golf on the lot and there was, but the color wasn't what we wanted. Linda called other dealerships and found a VW Golf with the preferred color that my daughter would like. She went above and beyond to get that car to her lot and once the car arrived, we all knew that this was the one, a 2015 white VW Golf TSI. We are so grateful for Linda's great service, kindness, and positivity to help us out. My daughter absolutely loves the car and we are very relieved that she is even more safe in a great car. More
