Linda never pressured me in my decision and was always available to answer questions by phone or email. I filled out my credit application on line and had the results back the next day. The specific model and color I wanted that was not available at the dealership. Linda kept me updated on when the car would arrive. When I picked up the car, I decided to have some extra things done to it so the dealership kept the car, gave me a loaner and had the car ready the next day. Linda made sure I was comfortable with all the controls in the car and answered all my questions before I left the dealership. She followed up with me the next day also.
