On November 8, I received the most professional and caring treatment from Consultant Sonja Olin from the minute I shook her hand. She brought a vehicle up herself to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle before anything else was talked about. She made sure I met the necessary additional people, Mr Redfield and Mr Mark Goldman, to get final vehicle additions and pricing. They were all fantastic with my questions and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Sonja stayed in touch with me for 2 months prior to meeting me, but at no time was there even a hint of sales pressure. That is a first in itself for me, because I have been to hundreds of dealerships in my life span. She is why I drove 48 miles to buy a vehicle. I bought a 2014 Chevy Impala 2LTZ from her, because they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. I am a veteran and they even made sure my plates are "Support the Troops". They hugged me when I left. Now people that is service. I Highly recommend this dealership and Ms Sonja Olin if you are looking for any vehicles! More

My experience with the dealership internet sales was not the greatest at first. As a return customer i was hoping to get a response to my inquiry right away, but i never heard from anyone. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Initially we started our search online. I called several dealers in the Twin Cities. While my husband was at work I decided to visit the dealership the next day to see what trade-in options we had for our Trailblazer. While Steve was away from the office Sonja stepped in. My kids (and I) loved her. She helped with the kids, answered questions ect... When Steve returned he did the same..... He was up front, to the point, kind, helpful, not your typical "sales guy". I chose to check out Lupient because of the service I got first - over the phone. We love our new car and when it's time to buy again we will most definately call Steve. If Steve is out, we will call Sonja! My daughter, who is 5, said she is going to buy her first car from Sonja! The financing portion of the transaction was smooth. If you enjoy being lied to straight to your face this is the best dealer for you. I had e-mailed several dealers about what I was going to buy (included specs) and what I was looking for in terms of a deal the best dealer for you. I had e-mailed several dealers about what I was going to buy (included specs) and what I was looking for in terms of a deal and asked them to quote. Once I had found my best deal I e-mailed the others to inform them of my decision and thank them for their participation. The salesperson at this dealership e-mailed back that "We have the truck you want and we will not be undersold. If you take the deal you have in place you will be sorry." Thinking I had nothing to lose I went to the dealership and asked to see both the vehicle and the better deal. Wasted about an hour and a half (the guy did a search of the dealership's partners) before finding out they had neither the truck nor a better deal on anything comparable. The salesperson was annoyed that I had come in to "Work him over" to no avail. Why would they tell me they had exactly what I was looking for when they did not? Perhaps because they thought they would be able to work ME over? Never again --- good place to kick tires and collect brochures but they will never see a nickel of my money. More
