Not only was he pleasant and accommodating, but he was competent as well. The price of the car we were buying was clearly stated and firm. The trade in value of our car was agreed upon with no haggling. He recognized and agreed to some of the significant maintenance work we had done recently. A mutually satisfactory deal was reached, Lupient has followed up with us to see if they could be of further help especially with the technology-oriented features. Lupient has been helpful. I plan to use its Service Department for our new car, and we will contact Lupient when we get around to our next purchase. More
Warranty service repair I had to take my car a 2013 Chevy Maliu in two different time for warranty work. I did not buy my car here but the service I received was outstanding. He provided me with tremendous knowledge as to what was wrong with my car and very pleasant to work with. Called me right away when my car was done. Set me up with a nice loaner car the second time. The technician/s that worked on my car knew exactly what was wrong with the car, I am very pleased with the all around service I received. Another time I stopped in to get another key made for my car and that gentleman cut the key right away. I didn't have to wait but maybe 10 minutes. Thank you so much for everything. Darla Hudson More

Lupient will sell you used vehicles that have bad engines!! Bought a 2011 silverado from lupient. Two weeks later needed $3,000 worth of work. After that repair check engine light came on. They called me and said I needed a sensor, paid $500 for new sensor. A couple of days later the Che k engine light comes on. Lupient the. Tells me I need a new engine!!! They don't offer to help pay for it. GM helped pay for some of it but I paid $3,000. Lupient had records that this was an issue before I bought it but did not bother to inform me that serious work was done to it before I bought it. Beware of Lupient Chevrolet!!!!! More

Not An Average Experience We made the decision that we needed a new truck, and we wanted the investment to be an American made vehicle manufactured by union labor. We chose the Chev Silverado 1500 with the AllStar package after doing online research and having owned previous Chev Silverados. We wanted to purchase this vehicle as locally as possible, as we believe support of local business is vital to our country. We walked into this dealership without knowing who we would work with to order this vehicle. We met Ali Vann, who quickly made us feel comfortable, and also answered every question we had with candor. After going through the options and accessories we were looking for, Ali assured us that we could proceed with confidence in the purchase. We explained to Ali that we were hoping that the truck we ordered could be delivered for a planned honeymoon trip. This would mean delivery needed to be by the third week in May. I have never believed in magicians much, but somehow, Ali ranks somewhere between magician and super-star. On May 3rd, two weeks before the promised mid-May delivery, we picked up our beautiful new truck, with absolutely perfect details all taken care of by the great magician. We can not begin to reflect how appreciative we are not only for this dealership's presence in our community, but also for their clear good choices in having people like Ali Vann able to provide professionalism beyond compare while making us feel completely at home. When I came to Lupient for the test drive I had scheduled, I did not expect to be returning home with my "new to me" car! I usually am the type of person that has to go home and "mull it over" before making a major purchase. Justin knew how to make me feel comfortable with coming to that decision without leaving the dealership. I had done some research on my own on the net looking at prices and options of Cruzes and at the Kelly Blue Book website to see what I may expect to get as a trade in so I felt prepared walking in the door. Justin came up with figures very similar to what I expected so it made sense to go to the next step and purchase the car I wanted when I walked through the door. I also want to mention Theresa in Finance was great to work with as well. She explained my options and the process of the loan went smoothly. Both employees were willing to stay late on a Friday night to make the deal! That was impressive to me! Lupient is a class act! More

Marlin Stine called my at 9:00 AM and told me they were working on the truck and gave me some options to troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the service required and very patient with me as I checked with my husband to approve the $743 cost. I'm sure he called me at least five times with updates on the work just to make sure the truck was finished in time for my son to go to work that afternoon. This was our first time visiting Lupient in Bloomington, MN. We were pleased with the service and their ability to help with a critical safety issue.
