I actually purchased this car at Lumberton Honda , however I will not ever go back. When I receive a card for oil change that gives me a price I expect that to be my charge. However what I thought however I will not ever go back. When I receive a card for oil change that gives me a price I expect that to be my charge. However what I thought was prior to service 58.94 + tax and I am out the door with a 70.96 I do have a problem with that. I fully understand a oil disposal charge but be upfront & tell your customers that before you do a service, not after. Please remove me from your mailing list. Will not be back for service or to purchase another vehicle More

My Service Advisor, April, was awesome and very helpful throughout the process. The mechanics wrongfully diagnosing my car, having to wait over a month for the parts to arrive, and not being able to drive throughout the process. The mechanics wrongfully diagnosing my car, having to wait over a month for the parts to arrive, and not being able to drive my car for 2 weeks was very irritating and inconsiderate. The dealership itself gets 3 star rating, but I appreciate April for keeping me calm throughout the process and providing excellent customer service! More
