I contacted Lumberton Honda from the highway while waiting for the tow truck. The service department was closed but I was provided where to drop off my car and info. I was contacted first thing in the morning when the service department opened. The service rep was helpful and understanding of my situation. I was then contacted later that morning when the repairs were completed and I was back on the road in a couple of hours. This is a quality organization with friendly competent staff. More
