Mark Solomon goes above and beyond for his customers. I have dealt with others in this service department but he gives a great deal of attention to what he does and it can not be matched! He takes the time to converse with his customers and is honest about what is going to affect your experience at the dealership. He is honest if there is a slow down in the service department he lets you know and keeps you in the loop rather than hiding and dodging questions like I have experienced in the past. If there is an issue he tackles it head on to make it right and apologizes for inconveniences that are not his own doing. He is a genuine person doing a great job! More

I have two of the identical year, make and model and what is suggested is not the same between both vehicles. I was very unhappy when I made an appointment for an inspection and an oil change, and I sat for four hours waiting on my vehicle. I was told that was because other cars gets towed in etc... so appointments don't mean anything. I get free inspections and oil changes with Loyalty, but I feel like I am more respected at other Volkswagen service centers in the area. I will be going to them in the future, free isn't free if I miss an entire afternoon off work, my time is valuable as well. More

Loyalty VW ruined my 2022 VW Taos (4800 Miles). After a oil change and a systems check was completed, I received a call stating the service was complete. Upon picking up the car, I noticed multiple After a oil change and a systems check was completed, I received a call stating the service was complete. Upon picking up the car, I noticed multiple system failures displayed on the dash, engine light, yellow triangle, error start/stop, engine control malfunction, and a few others I am not sure the meaning of. I asked the service advisor about the errors and he replied the errors were caused by a software update. Instead of offering to correct their mistake, he stated the car was okay to drive and would contact me to reschedule a visit. To date I have not heard back from Loyalty VW.
