The transaction itself went smooth, and as part of the deal, it was agreed that the dealership would reimburse me for having a second key programmed and also would buy a set of floor mats for the vehicle. The dealership provided me with a “We Owe” slip stating this. I provided a copy of the receipt for the key and was told the check would be in the mail the very next day (yes I fell for the old “the check is in the mail” bit) and they would follow up on the floor mats. 21 days after giving them the receipt and a couple of phone calls later, The matter remains unresolved. I sent the dealership a message via the “contact us” link pasting most of this in the body of the message. I was immediately contacted by the internet sales and then the general sales manager and was assured that this would be squared away the very next day and would be contacted with the update. As expected, neither has happened. I am sure this dealership would like me to just forget about it and just eat the couple hundred dollars, but if I owed them this money, you can bet they would be blowing my phone up to collect. My next course of recovery is to post this message to every dealer review and consumer websites. It disappoints me to have to resort to this, but it is what it is. Again, If this dealership gives you a “We Owe” slip, that's exactly what it means. Maybe they should change it to the “We will promise you anything to make a sale, but good luck getting it” slip. I had been following Priority VW every since I heard that Priority was opening a VW dealership. I knew Andy before he was hired at Priority so it just made going to dealership much more enjoyable because I k Priority was opening a VW dealership. I knew Andy before he was hired at Priority so it just made going to dealership much more enjoyable because I knew someone there. I got to meet most of the employees before they officially opened because of Andy. They're all great people and willing to help as much as they can. I also had encounters with Troy in the service department from Priority Nissan because he was usually the service writer for my mother's Nissan Maxima. I told some friends about it and we all dropped by on opening day, said hi to Andy basically had a tour of the dealership.Everyone was kind and more than willing to show us around. While I was there I scheduled an appointment for their Priorities for life as well as my 40k DSG service. A few of my other friends also scheduled appointments for Priorities for life. Come the day of the appointment I brought my GTI there, gave them the keys, and headed to the waiting room. Troy came by quite often to give me updates on what was going on with my car. It's been a good two or three months since this happened so I don't remember exactly how long I was waiting but it wasn't too long before Troy came out and said it might be a little longer and asked if I wanted to rent a car. I only lived 5 minutes a way so I suggested that they could just drop me off at my house. They also offered to pick me up once my car was ready, but I just had a friend take me back. The best part was picking up my car and paying the amazing price they quoted me for the transmission service. I definitely left a satisfied customer. A week or two later I noticed something leaking so I gave Troy a call right as the service department was closing asking if I could bring it by tomorrow morning to see if I needed an appointment or could I just drop by. He said I could just drop by in the morning. I dropped by in the morning and had the leak fixed in less than two hours. I would consider that great time especially since I didn't have an appointment. The most recent encounter I had with Priority VW was to remove and repair my tire that had a nail in it. Needless to say, that was smooth and painless with an amazing price. To sum it up, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's in need of information , service, or looking to purchase a Volkswagen. They do them all superbly. All of my past experiences with them have been nothing but positive and I'm sure the future ones will be the same. More
I cannot believe how amazing this dealership is. I was getting service next door on my Toyota Camry at Priority Toyota, so I decided to walk next-door to this dealership to see if they had a part in stock getting service next door on my Toyota Camry at Priority Toyota, so I decided to walk next-door to this dealership to see if they had a part in stock for my 2008 Jetta. I was greeted by a super-friendly and helpful salesman by the name of Andy Hook. Andy inquired about my used vehicle and told me that his dealership was offering a limited time grand-opening special of "Priorities of Life" (free oil changes and state inspections for life) to all VW owners who bring in their VW's during the month of March 2012. A few days later, I brought the Jetta in, it passed state inspection with flying colors, and they gave me a top-of-the-line oil change (new filter, oil pan nut, and Castrol 5W-40 synthetic oil) for free - just like Andy said!!! The mechanic even installed for free a part on my engine that I had purchased from the parts department (normally, it would cost $20-25 to install the part)!!! To top it all off, they gave me some brand new license plate screws (mine were rusty), a free orange and banana while I waited, and a free manicure (apparently Wednesdays is free manicure day). Frankly, I am still in a bit of shock regarding this extra-special treatment. I didn't know it was possible for a dealership to be so nice. If I ever need any service (or a new VW in a few years), Priority VW will definitely be the first place I consider. More
Our experience with Priorty was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have purchased many cars over the years and have never been treated as well as we were by Jennifer and Chris. We di experience we have ever had. We have purchased many cars over the years and have never been treated as well as we were by Jennifer and Chris. We didn't even know you could get out of a dealership in 2 hours including test drive, but we did. Jennifer was very throrough and answered all of our questions and if she didn't know the answer she found someone who did. She did not use a high pressure sales pitch which made us more relaxed and she made us feel very comfortable. We were very impressed with the fact that they gave us alone time to discuss the details of the purchase together. This being one of the major purchases you make in your life having that time to discuss the pros and cons was very valuable to us. Once we were able to make our decision based on our budget we gave the number to Jennifer and told her we could not go even $1.00 higher that this number was solid she went to Chris and discussed this with him and the next thing you know they came in under our number. We were very pleased that there was no going back and forth about the numbers. Chris didn't beat around the bush regarding the financing and explained everything thoroughly. There was no smoke and mirrors. The car was detailed great and done in a timely manner and the full tank of gas was a great perk. Also the massage chair was amazing ... whoever came up with that idea deserves a raise. The priorities for life program is a great added bonus. Over all this car buying experience has been the best we have ever had. We will certainly recommend this dealership to our family and friends. We found that none of the negative car dealership sterotypes exist at Priorty Volkswagen. More

Someone told me that prices were better south of Richmond, VA and he was not wrong. If you want a good deal, you must pay a visit to this dealership and ask for Andy Hook. You won't be dissapointed.
