In our experience in Newport News, dealers are VERY pushy and aggressive. When Dylan reaches out, we expected the same, but this has been the best experience so far! We were sure about driving all the way to Richmond just to be haggled w/. But that was not the case. Dylan found us the car we wanted, drove to another state to get it for us, and our experience was very smooth throughout. Highly recommend the Priority experience and working w/ Dylan. Thanks a lot!! First o In 43 years this is the first review I've ever left on a business. Unfortunately, 1 star is being too generous, but unable to leave 0 stars. First off, the review has nothing to do with the quality of my car, I've had my Jetta for a little under a year now and it's been a great car. However, yesterday I took my car to Priority VW for it's first oil change and inspection since it was covered under their "Priority for Life". But after leaving I stopped along the way home at a rest area and when I got out of the car I noticed scratches all over the roof and hood of my car that most definitely were not there when I left to go to Priority or gave them my car to get serviced. They were obviously new due to the fact that they even scratched away from dirt from where I haven't been able to wash my car lately. I had not left the sight of my car since they handed the key to me neither, so I knew nothing had happened after I got the car back from them. A part of me new I was likely screwed because I had already gotten about 45 minutes away and it would be denied when I returned. But, I decided to return anyway hoping they would acknowledge what they did and take care of it. In the end after speaking with the subjects in service that I just saw and the service manager I got the "that's strange", "I don't know what we have that would cause that", and "if anything comes up we'll let you know". Loosely translated, "we scratched up your car, we aren't going to do anything about it, and there's nothing you can do about it". So I'm done taking care of the damaged they caused on my own and all I can do is leave reviews everywhere possible. My suggestion would be to forget the great Priority for Life deal and take care of your car service on your own if possible. And, if you have to or choose to return to Priority for your car service, make sure you check your car over very well before and after they take possession. Preparing yourself with before and after pictures wouldn't be a bad idea either. They got me good, don't let it happen to you!! More

Unprofessional, Uninformed and Lazy I called to make an appointment for a water leak problem it a Volkswagen turbo. I was told they would take care of it, and also would take care of a warranty issue and the overall car programming system. Our family shuffle around cars, and took the VW to the dealership. I talked with my assigned technician this morning and told him it was very important that we get the water issue taken care of he said they would look at it. Long story short I was told to come pick the car up at 5 o’clock. When I got there, I found out the only thing they did was the warranty issue, and they never even looked for the leak. When I talked on the phone to the service manager he said Volkswagen doesn’t train their service personnel in the area of water damage, and they don’t perform that is a service anymore. They were apologetic yet very much had the undergone of “too bad.” I picked up the car and called another VW dealer and was told that the statement about VW not training people on water leaks was absurd, but that It is often time-consuming, and midi places just don’t want to take the time. I was told to bring my car in, and I’m extremely thankful for the service department to take their job seriously in meeting the customers needs. I would never purchase a vehicle from the Colonial Heights dealership due to their total lack of follow up service. More
