I really appreciated their willingness to negotiate on price, and their understanding that I did not want to load the sale up with unnecessary extras. it was also nice that there was no pressure to conclude a sale - it was 'go with the flow'. When we finally settled on an 'out the door' price, that was it. no surprises and treated with respect. The service department also worked with me to satisfy the upgrades i wanted as a condition of the sale. overall probably the best sales experience i've had at a retail car dealer. the service and support Priority Volkswagen offers is also a big plus - why would I go to Carvana when I can talk face-to-face with respectful salespeople in a relaxed environment. More
