Straight forward car buying. Takes the normal (i.e. forever) amount of time to process al the paperwork, but that is what it is. Taz Yung was my salesperson and was great to work with. Worked out the framework of the deal via text message, didn't have to sit in the showroom all day long. Showed up, trade-in appraised for about what we agreed on, signed the papers. Did not really understand the "loyalty warranty" until I had a chance to sit an talk to Taz; full coverage of the powertrain and engine for the life of the car is a really great addition to a purchase.
