It has been only 2 1/2 years since I purchased my 2016 Chevy Equinox from Loyalty and I need a transmission. Loyalty is not Loyal to their Customers because they pushed me off to the Chevy Dealership with Chevy Equinox from Loyalty and I need a transmission. Loyalty is not Loyal to their Customers because they pushed me off to the Chevy Dealership without providing me a loaner car. It has been almost 4 weeks my car has been in the shop. No one at Loyalty reached out to me. Since having this car less than 3 years, I've had to replace some big items. I will never purchase another car from them nor will I recommend anyone to purchase a car from any of their Loyalty dealerships. This poor service is unacceptable! If you want a dependable car you are better off going to a regular Toyota or Nissan dealership. Stay away from this place! More

First contact was with the best salesman in the business, D. A. Davenport. D.A. is a passionate expert in the vehicles he helps customers experience. The modern Volkswagen has some extraordinary features you wouldn't know about unless you had someone like D.A. helping you explore all its capabilities. It felt like D.A. was an old friend showing off his new car to me that would ultimately inspire me to buy one for myself vs. the typical car sales pitch. Low pressure sales experience, worth the five stars alone! Loyalty VW showed their support to me as a local veteran and service member by leveraging all available military incentives to get me the deal that I actually wanted instead of taking advantage of me. I Would recommend a service member to buy a car from Loyalty VW without reservation. The leadership at Loyalty VW is accessible and helpful. I had a question for the General Manager (GM), Chad Kranz, he was responsive, thoughtful and a true listener. His example of leadership must be where the rest of his team gets the right attitude to successfully sell cars and retain customers. Lifetime Loyalties? It's not a scam. It's a solid deal and it's actually no cost to the consumer. I checked, it's not hidden anywhere in the purchase order. The way it works is VW, the manufacturer, actually takes care of the scheduled maintenance for a couple of years or a certain amount of miles miles, then Loyalty VW picks up with the oil changes, state inspections, emergency towing (50mi radius) and a legit powertrain warranty for the lifetime of the vehicle. That powertrain warranty is provided thru AUL Corp., did the research, they are the real deal. Better Business rating of A+, no small feat to maintain that rating, demonstrates responsibility and accountability over time. Lifetime Loyalties are just great, but for those that require a little more peace of mind or convenience, get the chance to work with Marc in the finance office who has some really good products he can package with your deal. My favorite is the detail service and wheel and tire protection. Every one should add these two great products to their vehicle purchase. Every 6 months you can have your car detailed, not just taken through a car wash! That's just about the greatest thing I've heard in years. The tire and wheel protection is a great add on as well, especially since there always seems to be some sort of wood or metal that has fallen from a work truck on I-95 and deep crunchy potholes to break our wheels around town. Marc actually has a lot of other services and protections that you can roll up into your vehicle financing. Marc is really smart about these products and can really help you figure out if it's something you should truly consider. Every deal is different and people are in different places in their lives, so not all products make sense for everyone, and much like the D.A. Davenport car sales experiance the environment is low pressure and customer centered in the finance office with Marc. The buying process was actually enjoyable, thanks for the positive experience everyone at Loyalty VW! 10 out of 10 would buy again/recommend this dealer! More
