I took my 2005 VW Jetta TDI Wagon to Loyalty Volkswagen of Chester, VA in July of 2022. During this time the people in the Service Department that I dealt with personally were exceptional, professional at all times, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. That said, I would like to give a personal shout out to Mark Solomon, he was thrown into the mix halfway through the repair process, taking over the project and doing it seamlessly. Mark’s skills and knowledge of the vehicle were instrumental in keeping the work moving, catching and addressing the finer details, and finally getting the project done, and done right. More
