I sold a VW atlas to a customer that lived closer to Loyalty. She had some issues within the first 3000 miles that I opted to help out with diagnosis. It is not easy to be comfortable with another company to do the diagnosis and repair work on behalf of a customer for many reasons; they may upsell said customer, they may bash some work and recommend new items or suggest something implied was not actually taken care of, and almost operate with an open checkbook mind state. Ashely not only did not do that but she had open dialogue, treated me as much as her customer as our now mutual customer, and took care of the recall work immediately without hesitation. I felt comfortable working with her from the start and would highly recommend her. She is the kind of employee I would gladly hire at my own location. Thanks Ashley! More
