Brought my Corvette in for an oil change and inspection. While there the check engine light came on briefly so I had to leave my car there so this could be checked. The light went off and after several attempts at starting the engine the light never came back on. Kaitlyn Ussery, the service advisor, was very diligent in trying to get the light to come back on and kept me informed all through the process. She is very professional and friendly and explained to me what the likely issue was but that it couldn't be addressed unless the check engine light came back on. I appreciate the efforts put forth by Kaitlyn and the Coevette service tech. Will Jordan. I appreciate the care that Loyalty Chevrolet provides. More
My wife and I were planning to travel to Chantilly, VA for Easter. However, I had trouble starting my car on Friday 2 days before Easter. Although all scheduled times had already been scheduled for that day, she said she would try to squeeze me in. She did and my car was fixed that day. More
