So far the worst car buying experience ever. BAIT & SWITCH tactics.... half the vehicles on their website are "not available to look at or buy"... but more expensive ones are available. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. This was the most hassle free experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I spent no more than two hours and I got what I wanted for the price I expected. DON'T BUY. I bought a certified car and I am having nothing but issues they won't even warranty their own work. They're certified tech put my strut in backwards causing my strut mount and bearing to f nothing but issues they won't even warranty their own work. They're certified tech put my strut in backwards causing my strut mount and bearing to fail. They charged me for tire disposal when I had to buy new tires. They wouldn't let me back out of a deal the day after i ended up getting laid off.. It has been less then a year and I am well over a thousand dollars into my certified car and still chasing problems. I can't even drive on the freeway cuz my front end shakes so bad. More
