Visited Lou Sobh KIA in Newnan, and their customer service is TOP TIER. They say the atmosphere of any business begins with who's in "charge," and I must say seeing the General Manager ( Quinten Ja service is TOP TIER. They say the atmosphere of any business begins with who's in "charge," and I must say seeing the General Manager ( Quinten Jackson) reaction with his staff/colleagues was absolutely amazing to witness. All employees from the receptionist, sales, service, and finance ALL are very professional. So, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle for yourself or that new graduate from high school or college and live near the Kia Lou Sobh in Newnan, GA. I totally recommend you pay them a visit. So you can experience what I have. I also witnessed that when customer arrived, their salespeople weren't rushing towards their possible new KIA owners. Memorial Day is just around the corner. Pay them a visit. You will not regret it. More
