When we approached the service desk to get an ETA at 2 hour mark, they scrambled to pull our van out of the overflow lot...it hadn't even been looked at yet...their excuse was that they had a lot of airbag recalls that were coming in. LONG STORY SHORT, your appointment time doesn't matter, it is whatever order they feel like. The rattle is a manufacturer issue and that will now take another hour of discussion because we have been referred around like a ping pong ball. Thanks for wasting my day off and I'll be sure to let friends and coworkers know when you need a service center DO NOT waste half a day here. Although they did leave me more than enough time to negatively review them. Whoopsie. More

I revisited buying this week and emailed David just to let me know of upcoming specials. He was very rude and said I missed deal before. He was clearly trying to stick it to me for some reason. There are plenty of dealerships to buy from, and I wouldn't recommend Lou Sobh Honda Judy due to human courtesy. I was looking for new car for my wife. We bought elsewhere. It doesn't look like David Kellam works at Lou Sobh anymore, which is good. More
Perfect Buying Experience Stopped in Dealership to see a used Honda CR-V I found on Cars.com. I was met by Nick Scofield as I was looking for the vehicle and he told me it was Stopped in Dealership to see a used Honda CR-V I found on Cars.com. I was met by Nick Scofield as I was looking for the vehicle and he told me it was out on a loaner program for a few hours so I told him i'd check back later. The next morning Nick called me and told me the car was back and ready to show. Honestly, I had thought I would not go back but Nick was so positive and knowledgable about the car that he convinced me to consider coming in to take a look. The car was everything he said it would be and Nick was just outstanding to work with throughout the negotiation process. Every detail was very professional from start to finish. Couldn't be happier!!! More

I was greeted in the parking lot by a sales representative, Mr. David Smith. David was very welcoming and hospitable throughout our entire time at the dealership. We really felt like we got to know him during the car buying experience as he was very genuine in helping us find a vehicle that would fit our budget and needs. Having previously experienced a very negative buying transaction at a dealership in Marietta, David helped to restore our confidence in honest sales. Without exaggeration, our car buying experience at Lou Sobh was the best we have experienced so far. We really feel as though David and Tom in finance helped get us into an affordable and reliable minivan. I have already told family in the area of the great experience and I know if we ever need to buy another car it will be at Lou Sobh. Thank you! More

I took our civic in for transmission service knowing ahead of time that there is much work to be done and they never tried to sell me any additional products or service. They informed me of what they noticed in their inspection, but never tried to push or manipulate us into doing additional work. Because of this we will take our vehicle to this dealer for all future repairs. Enough can't be said for honest business practices! Thank you! More

I told him I was just looking at the Pilots but didn't have time to do more then that. He answered a few questions I had and left me to look around. NO PRESSURE. A day latter I brought my husband and asked for Nick and he came out and took us for a test drive. Always friendly again NO PRESSURE! I had already checked with Blue Book on the trade value of my car and knew what I wanted. Within a 2 hours of arriving I left with a 2015 Pilot. I worked out the deal with the manager and Nick seating together with me. My husband was present but I purchased the car and they delted with me. I appreciated that. I have had few BAD experiences with dealer ships and did not purchase a Ford because of the pressure by the sales force and the constant back and forth between the salesman and the manager and I got tired of seating and waiting for the deal to be worked out. I LOVE MY CAR AND I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! It was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Thanks to Nick and team! More
Honest Salesman We found a used Mercedes on-line. We have been watching on-line and have looked at numerous dealerships. When we saw the ad for this car we knew it We found a used Mercedes on-line. We have been watching on-line and have looked at numerous dealerships. When we saw the ad for this car we knew it was a good deal. I called and got Nick as the salesman. We drove to Cumming to look at the car. We liked it and sat to make the deal. Nick said the price on the internet was firm. We were trading an old Acura. The price he offered was fair. No "dealing" on either price. We asked for 2 things - the windshield was broken and the console would not open - and we asked for both to be fixed. Nick assured us this was fine. We signed the deal. This was on September 1st which was Labor Day so the service department was closed. We received a "we owe" paper. I noticed on the paper it was written that they would replace the windshield and "check" the console. I questioned this and Nick replied "I have you covered". Well when we took the car back to the service department they not only would not fix the console but they broke it in order to open it. After going back and forth and many phone calls, Nick has offered to pay for the broken part. All I can ask for. We are very pleased with the car and the deal. They also fixed the windshield. Nick did come through on his word in the end - again all we could ask for! More
