I’ve been here a few times now. It states complimentary wash with oil change. This last time I went I specifically asked if a vacuum was included. The guy said yes. When I got my car back. It had not been vacuumed. Also he suggested some services that needed to be done. I had to decline at the time, but I asked if it was on my paperwork.
