Outstanding customer service We needed service to both of our cars recently; my wife needed a 5K mile service for her new Optima and I needed a headlight fixed on my 2011 Sorento. We needed service to both of our cars recently; my wife needed a 5K mile service for her new Optima and I needed a headlight fixed on my 2011 Sorento. We called and Andy was able to get us in the same day. While waiting, Sam came out and we chatted about cars and he showed me the new show room construction. During the tour, we ran into Mike and he asked how we liked the new car and when I wanted to replace the Sorento, (with a big smile), Later when I picked up the Sorento I asked Andy about a trailer hitch installation for a bike rack, Andy said they could take care of that and even found it on sale and got it rush delivery for the next day. When I went to pick it up, not only was the hitch on but the guys had installed my new bike rack which was in the car. The good people at Lou Fusz Kia just know how to take care of their customers and we will be back for a new Sorento soon. Michael W. (St. Charles, MO) More

I cannot say enough how much I appreciated Carl's extra effort to communicate with me. Great Service Experience As always the service department provides an excellent service experience. From the moment you drive up to the service bay you receive a smiling face As always the service department provides an excellent service experience. From the moment you drive up to the service bay you receive a smiling face to assist you. The waiting area was very nice complete with snacks and beverages. Visited the showroom and ran into our salesman, Joe Lehne, who immediately recognized us and began a conversation. Special thanks to Jill in the Service Dept. She greeted me when I drove up and assisted us through the process. Granted, we were there for minor maintenance, but that doesn't seem to stop the enthusiasm she had in assisting us. Jill even made sure we were knowledgeable and up to date on the rewards program. It's been over a year since we purchased the 1st Kia at Lou Fusz, and they still treat us as if we were getting ready to make another major purchase. We recommend Lou Fusz Kia to everyone and will continue to do so. The Sorento will be back for service in June and I expect nothing less than excellence (since they pride themselves on excellence) from the folks at Lou Fusz Kia. More
