Great Service Experience As always the service department provides an excellent service experience. From the moment you drive up to the service bay you receive a smiling face As always the service department provides an excellent service experience. From the moment you drive up to the service bay you receive a smiling face to assist you. The waiting area was very nice complete with snacks and beverages. Visited the showroom and ran into our salesman, Joe Lehne, who immediately recognized us and began a conversation. Special thanks to Jill in the Service Dept. She greeted me when I drove up and assisted us through the process. Granted, we were there for minor maintenance, but that doesn't seem to stop the enthusiasm she had in assisting us. Jill even made sure we were knowledgeable and up to date on the rewards program. It's been over a year since we purchased the 1st Kia at Lou Fusz, and they still treat us as if we were getting ready to make another major purchase. We recommend Lou Fusz Kia to everyone and will continue to do so. The Sorento will be back for service in June and I expect nothing less than excellence (since they pride themselves on excellence) from the folks at Lou Fusz Kia. More

Pleasant Morning! On my visit to the service department on arrival I was greeted with a smile from Nicole and she was able to get me in for a oil change with no hesitat On my visit to the service department on arrival I was greeted with a smile from Nicole and she was able to get me in for a oil change with no hesitation. I went to the waiting area to wait when as I proceed to grab a muffin noticed they all where blueberry, which I don't particular care for so I asked Sam if he had any chocolate muffins and he went to check and on return with a smile Yes.
