NOCE AND EASY I went in for a simple routine maintenance appt for my 2016 Kia Optima. Was just browsing at the cars on the showroom floor when my fiancé and I were I went in for a simple routine maintenance appt for my 2016 Kia Optima. Was just browsing at the cars on the showroom floor when my fiancé and I were approached by Kris. I really had no intentions on trading in my vehicle but I was interested in what he had to say. Long story short, I drove off in a 2018 Kia Optima Ex—UPGRADED—sunroof, full leather seats, bigger screen, navigation system and so much more for only $97 more than what i was paying. The process was a breeze and I didn’t have to put any money down. Overall, I am loving my new vehicle and strongly recommend Lou Fisz Kia. P.S.... THIS IS MY SECOND TIME PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. In Jan 2017, I purchased the 2016 Kia Optima mentioned above. Excellent Service I recently took my KIA to Lou Fusz for some recall notices. I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courte I recently took my KIA to Lou Fusz for some recall notices. I had put this off to last minute and was leaving town the next day, and they very courteously squeezed me in before I had to drive a long way. They found a tire issue inspecting my vehicle and i was very appreciative that they found this before I left down for a 3 1/2 hour drive. They not only squeezed me in on short notice, but finished my car ahead of estimated time, gave me a ride home, then came and picked me up when car was done. Really excellent service. More
