Nicci was awesome at answering my questions, keeping me updated on my service, and even arranged a ride to and from an appointment I had when addition Nicci was awesome at answering my questions, keeping me updated on my service, and even arranged a ride to and from an appointment I had when additional work needed to be done on my vehicle. The technicians were also able to diagnose and take care of a grinding sound that had been going on for some time. I love that the waiting area is bright, clean and even has free treats and a soda fountain. It makes having car work a little less painful! More

Superb! First, Andrew Stumm is one of the greatest ambassadors that Lou Fusz Kia could ever have! I call him, he remembers me and my car, sets up the appoi First, Andrew Stumm is one of the greatest ambassadors that Lou Fusz Kia could ever have! I call him, he remembers me and my car, sets up the appointment for my 30,000 mile service. I leave it with him, there is a ride back to Church waiting for me. They get to work immediately on my Kia Sportage. Zach Lentz did a thorough job: polite, on top of things, no hassle, efficient, provided a ride back to Lou Fusz Kia, my car was freshly washed, and I was ready to go. I hope that you know that Andy Stumm is a very efficient Service Manager. Everybody in the service department is friendly, looking out for the customer, and treats you like your family. Your Service at Lou Fusz Kia was definitely 5 stars! More
