The staff are friendly and helpful. I love the lounge and that they wash/vacuum my car each time I visit! I love the lounge and that they wash/vacuum my car each time I visit! More

When calling in the phone system has little to be desired. If an advisor is not available, the system prompts you to leave either a phone message or text message. The system prefers you to leave text messages. Well IF there is a reply it takes quite a longtime. There isn't a way to speak to anyone in the meantime. This is my mainissue. More
I have always had a great experience at this dealership. Their service department communicates well and respectfully. I would recommend them for service on your vehicle. Their service department communicates well and respectfully. I would recommend them for service on your vehicle. More
I went in for a $50 oil change and a free alignment check. I am then recommended to spend over $600 on additional services. One service was for GDI cleaning... my car has MPI, not GDI. Even if I did ha check. I am then recommended to spend over $600 on additional services. One service was for GDI cleaning... my car has MPI, not GDI. Even if I did have a GDI the cleaning they do would not be effective. Doing a fuel additive is a waste of money, the reason why GDI's have carbon build up is because fuel never passes over the rods. So, the fuel additive would never touch the rods to clean the carbon. The best way to clean the carbon is with a walnut blast, and with the overpriced scam artist at the dealership, it would probably be in the thousands if they even offered such a service. They also wanted to clean the throttle body, which is $9 cleaner and less than 10 minutes of my time. Also, wanted to change the air filters, which were brand new in my car. I expected this when I arrived, from the salesman and manager who sold me the car to the service center they promised one thing and delivered another. Do your homework and know something about your car; otherwise, expect to be taken advantage of at this car dealership. More

I came early at 9:45 my initial appointment was 10:30 and it took almost three hours for my car to get a simple oil change.
