Customer care was rude. Should have offered a ride share up front since no rentals are available. We were without a car four days. A CAR DEALERSHIP has no excuse to not have courtesy rentals. It was highly inconvenient for us over a long weekend. I’ve had to come in twice for the ksds sensor in four months. It puts the car in limp mode so I have no choice but to bring it in. And when we asked how we were going to get home we were met with a flippant shrug. Finally he offered a share ride. I hope the dealership tipped bc I didn’t have cash and then felt bad to top it off. More
Every one is so nice here. I did not purchase my vehicle at this particular location but take it here for my oil change and tire rotation . My only complaint is that my key fob I did not purchase my vehicle at this particular location but take it here for my oil change and tire rotation . My only complaint is that my key fob was left in my vehicle this particular visit. When I went to pick it up it was sitting outside the garage area, I paid and expected to get my key fob handed to me like usual, instead I was told it was inside the vehicle. What?! Someone could have jumped in and took off in it. More

I had an appointment and drove in for a safety test and was told I had to fix my alignment in order to pass. I told them to fix it then. They had me sit in the waiting room for over an hour before they cam was told I had to fix my alignment in order to pass. I told them to fix it then. They had me sit in the waiting room for over an hour before they came out and told me, it wouldn’t be fair to their guys if they worked on my car now because it was close to closing. The guy told me he would make me an appointment. I waited 15 more minutes for that appointment time only to be told he didn’t have time to make it to call them tomorrow. I went back for the safety test and this time I was told I did not have to fix my alignment in order to pass the test. More
