The dealership is located near us, so we decided to start there. Our experiences with Kirstie kept us coming back, even though there wasn't a specific car on the lot that interested us. Kirstie understood how we wanted to proceed -- slowly, with no hard-sell -- and she kept us informed as we waited for an appropriate vehicle to come into stock. Additionally, Kirstie gave us a well-paced run through of the electronics and basic set-up once the vehicle arrived, allowing us to leave the dealership confident in our understanding of the basics and more. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I just walked in with no appointment and 90 minutes later I had the vehicle that I wanted.
