I've owned Ford's, Toyota's, BMW's over my yrs btwn 16-40. Always had anxiety after purchase. Then I went to Lou Fusz KIA. I traded my BMW for a KIA Sorento 2012. This SUV has more features then the "l 16-40. Always had anxiety after purchase. Then I went to Lou Fusz KIA. I traded my BMW for a KIA Sorento 2012. This SUV has more features then the "luxury" car. The sale process was no pressure, no hidden costs, basically straight forward. I love this SUV. Go see Mike Light. He doesn't let you leave the lot with out knowing all the car's features! I had no problems for the first 2 years but last week I got a light on my dash, called Fusz and they were able to get me in the next day. No big deal as it turns out, my gas cap. This was the best new car sales experience by far. I purchased my 2010 Kia Soul (of which I love)on December 22, 2010. Not only on the day of purchase but a few days prior I was told both in writing (email) and in person that if I purchased a new or pre-owne 22, 2010. Not only on the day of purchase but a few days prior I was told both in writing (email) and in person that if I purchased a new or pre-owned car from them, before the end of the year (Dec. 31st) Lou Fusz Kia would pay my 2011 property taxes for my car. That was strong incentive and I believed Nancy and Lisa. My sales contract nor any other paper work given to me documented this promotion and when I asked how my taxes would be paid - before the sale and during the contractual process, I was told to bring in my property tax bill the following year and a check would have been held in my name until December then given to me upon request. I was also told that my sales contract had nothing to do with this promotion and that is why it was not mentioned in writing. I beleived and trusted them 10o%. Fast forward to a year later and now I am being told by Brian Brawley who was not even working there when I purchased the car that I misunderstood what was offered and that my car must have been discounted therefore they made good on that promotion. I would like to point out that no further paper work has been produced to show that i was incorrect. Prior to speaking with Brian Brawley, I was told by Kevin Jackson that in the 5 years he has worked there he has never heard of such a promotion - until I emailed him 3 seperate email correspondence between Nancy and myself. Then Keven told me he would pass on my file to Brian Brawley to review and get back to me. What is most disturbing is that I have written proof - from Nancy in emails that this was the promotion they were offering and that I never thought otherwise and still they are not doing anything to prove that I was incorrect nor honoring what was promised to me. They are doing absolutely nothing - not calling me back when they tell me they will, not responding to my emails, not paying my $332.32 property tax bill - absolutely nothing! They are leaving me with no other option other than to seek leagal counsel - of which I am on the verge of doing. I feel that as a professional courtesy and hopefully a valued customer they should at least try to explain to me what is going on. But all they are doing is passing the buck and resolving nothing. Why I am giving Lou Fusz Kia this rating is because I have been lied to and there has been a strong lack of customer follow through, communication honesty and integrity. More

I would recommend this dealership because I had a great experience. We came onto the lot, knowing what we wanted and told Lou Fusz we had to leave by 3:00 and we were gone by 2:45! I brought my new kia at lou fusz. Before I purchased the vehicle I asked the sales person whether or not the vehicle had been hailed damaged. She assured me no and that if I see anything, the problem will b vehicle I asked the sales person whether or not the vehicle had been hailed damaged. Contacted the sales person. It has now been 3 months since I have brought my vehicle. Problem still not solve. In fact, she has not return any of my phone call. Will never return to this dealer again. More
Purchased a truck within 24 hrs I notices transmission and coolant problems. The dealer took the truck back for a week to try to find the problem. I was then told nothing was wrong.
