Mike took us to his office and explained to us the deals that KIA was offering until the end of the year. Because of his honesty and professionalism and how he gave us the many options, my wife and I left there driving a 2017 KIA Forte. The service team consists of top notch professionals who have always treated me fairly, not trying to oversell service, but also making sure I understoodexactly what my car needed. I put alot of miles on my car, over 5000 in a month so I have the pleasure of stopping in often, but even before I began my long commutes, the service team all knew my name and greeted me as a friend. We scheduled the appointment and when I arrived, he was ready to go with the paperwork and car. The whole process took an hour at most. I was in and out. Easy! I had gone to a few other dealerships to look at options and I was disappointed in the lack of time they spent with me and didn't feel they were trustworthy or really listening to what I needed.
