On my visit to the service department on arrival I was greeted with a smile from Nicole and she was able to get me in for a oil change with no hesitat On my visit to the service department on arrival I was greeted with a smile from Nicole and she was able to get me in for a oil change with no hesitation. I went to the waiting area to wait when as I proceed to grab a muffin noticed they all where blueberry, which I don't particular care for so I asked Sam if he had any chocolate muffins and he went to check and on return with a smile Yes. I felt he went out his way to check versus some one else saying "whats out is what we have". Job well done made my morning start off right. Thanks for all you guys do. More
