I have only ever owned luxury nameplates and I decided to drop the ego and buy on logic and could not be happier. It's not a cheap car, it's still 44K+, but it is a great value! Now to my salesperson Mike Carroll #mikeycarrollthecarguy. He defines what a salesperson should be and I would even use the word Sales Consultant for him. He really gives white glover service from walking through the features to even getting the car serviced. I just had a couple small delivery flaws. I only spoke with Mike, I didn't call service, try to arrange a loaner - nothing. I gave my car to Mike, got in my loaner and I was off to handle my days business. I came back, car was absolutely perfect, shook his hand and I was off. No service waiting rooms, no long calls with service - poof, it was just taken care of and that's exceptional these days. More
