In the end we got the car we wanted for the payment we wanted. I didn't appreciate the 30 minutes of haggling I had to do. Was offered a 7% interest rate with an 891 credit score. Had to send our sales wanted. I didn't appreciate the 30 minutes of haggling I had to do. Was offered a 7% interest rate with an 891 credit score. Had to send our salesman Alex, who by the way was very patient a pleasure to deal with, three different times to get the correct interest rate. I understand they are there to make money, but the waste of our time was a kind of annoying. More

There was a miss communication issue having to do with maintenance, the problem was resolved within an hour and was still able to pick my car up without having to wait over. The service was taken care of in a timely fashion and they were able to get both of the recalls on my vehicle taken care of in the same service as my oil change and tire rotation.
