Had an issue that was not repaired correctly at a different dealer. Went in and spoke with Ed Mendez. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I left my car that morning and it was read different dealer. Went in and spoke with Ed Mendez. He took the time to listen and understand my concerns. I left my car that morning and it was ready by the end of the day. The issue was corrected and could not be happier. In Coconut Creek, this is The worst service department ever! They NEVER call you back. They can’t fix anything right the first time.
