My loved Buick Encore was receiving messages from OnStar telling me I had to get some service on my emissions system. I dropped off the car to await my appointment time and was very pleased to find that a b telling me I had to get some service on my emissions system. My personal experience was very bad, I spent 5 hours at the dealer waiting for them to find the problem with my car and I had to leave, I couldn't keep waiting, if they took 5 hours to try to find the prob the dealer waiting for them to find the problem with my car and I had to leave, I couldn't keep waiting, if they took 5 hours to try to find the problem and they didn't do it, how long would it take? repair it I don't know what happened but they should train their mechanics a little more More
Overall it’s great and Chris Potter is amazing. He always goes above and beyond. Things that could improve would be when you drive up to the greeter they are great and do tell us to drive up but t He always goes above and beyond. I usually stand outside my car awaiting direction that sometimes comes and sometimes doesn’t. 2. Technology exists to keep clients updated along the way. Such as “car in shop with ‘Jason’. ‘Jason’ notes that this and that may or may not be wrong. Verbal estimate, depending on issues, 2-24 hours. Next update at 3:00pm. Etc etc. 3. Lastly, when you text back to the automated texts that we get no one replies. I hope this helps! More
