Called on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 to talk about a service issue. Operator took message and said some would call me back. It is now 7 p.m. no called. Terrible customer service in the service center. Failed to let us know brakes were bad. Went in for an oil change asked if they can check my daughter's car's brakes they were making a little noise. Failed to let us know brakes were bad. Went in for an oil change asked if they can check my daughter's car's brakes they were making a little noise. Went back to pickup the car and was told that the brakes were fine. Ten days later in the rain my daughter is going to work and the brakes started making a loud screeching noise left side was pulling, she was so scared that she turned around and came back home. I checked them out to find that they were metal on metal and left wheel caliper was locking up. Called the service manager for days and they never returned my calls until I called to ask for the general manager. I got the assistant and she was very polite and understanding. She told me she would have the service manager call me, he did but I missed his call. I called him back and he never returned the call. The general manager's office never returned the call to follow up either.( keep in mind I was very polite with them the whole time even though I was steaming on the inside). We Purchased three vehicles there in the past including the vehicle in question. Only to be treated badly. We will never go back there. If I could leave zero stars I would. More
Worst service department I have ever seen. I highly recommend taking your GM car elsewhere to be worked on. Very incompetent service manager and techs. It has been more than 20 days since we have dropped of our car and they have still not returned it or completed the repairs. We left a Chevy Traverse with Matthew Gonsalves, who failed to call the numb our car and they have still not returned it or completed the repairs. We left a Chevy Traverse with Matthew Gonsalves, who failed to call the number we provided to let us know that parts were needed. He then did not follow up and let us know that the car was sitting idle for more than a week. He lent us a smaller suv from Mazda but that car is too small and cannot be used sufficiently for our daily activities. He promised us the car would be done in 3 business days (already more than a week later). However he then went on vacation and did not even leave our car details and case with a different serviceperson. After that we had to call the manager who promised the car would be done within that week. We called to follow up and they still did not finish servicing the car. Now it is more than 20 days and Chevy has failed to give us our car back or complete the service. Absolutely atrocious service, I highly advise you to stay away from this branch of Chevrolet and especially Matthew Gonsalves who has continuously failed to stay on top of our case More
