The service was done properly but the lack of communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. communication by my service advisor was unprofessional. My car was there for three days and I struggled to get hold of my advisor to get an update. Finally I was called by a different advisor telling me my car was ready and to pick it up. It wasn't until I arrived at the dealership the next day that I had the invoice total or the resolution of the issues. I will continue to utilize this dealership but will be more selective of my service advisor in the future. I've been a customer of this dealership for 7 years and not experienced this before. Also they need to bring back their shuttle service (-1 star) More
