Tahoe was 70,000 I put 5,388, $388 was for the tag 5k for down payment. My financial was 70,388 they even add the tag my amount financed. So freaking mad. Purchased a 2018 Impala. Unfortunately the key fob that came with the vehicle fell apart 30 minutes after I drove off the lot haven't been able to start the car since. Dealer offered no assistance. I am not satisfied with the whole deal. I never questioned the dealer fee or doc fee. However I noticed that the "Conditional" listing price after trading my car and financing thru the dealer and p questioned the dealer fee or doc fee. However I noticed that the "Conditional" listing price after trading my car and financing thru the dealer and paying all dealer fees and doc fees and transfer tag fee is still missing a couple thousand dollars!!! I came back to ask them how is this even possible? Mo "The finance guy" got mad at me!!! The numbers are off, I said. No! We did not charge you this and that "Including Nitro Fill". Mo said. He tried to match the number by adding some extra hidden fees that I have never been told about them. Additionally I would never ask my car to be filled by Nitro with a cost of "$1000" nor they did claim it at the beginning. This was ridiculous enough for me to walk away out of the deal. Anyway, the number they told me that the car itself is going to be and I thought we are talking about the car price, it was the number out of the door ad I realized the issue after I went back home. My car worth $6000 if I wanted to trade it in a dealer based on KBB, and they paid me $5000, just to give me a better deal!!! The car had water pump, issues and I replace everything the next day, I told them I am going to need a discount for this to be repaired. Overall they never give me any discount or made me a deal. IT WAS A BAD BUSINESS. I GOT SCAMMED IN MANY WAYS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE ELSE. I"LL UPDATE THIS COMMENT IN CASE THEY FIXES THE ISSUE FOR ME. More
I went in and they diagnosed my car quickly. Let me know the issues and what needed to be fixed urgently and later on. The only problem that I had was that after the repair I was told my driver side window the issues and what needed to be fixed urgently and later on. The only problem that I had was that after the repair I was told my driver side window went out. But the issue was there were two different stories told to me. Originally I was told the technician had just finished my cars repairs but the window wouldn't go back up. The next day when I went to retrieve the car I was told the car was parked waiting to be sent home and a technician walked passed and saw the window down. I find that to be very weird because I had no issues whatsoever with the window until it was in their possession, and they didn't fix it. I was going to have to pay for it myself. I requested for them to at least pull it back up, which they did. But it made my experience not so great. Even though my car is fixed from major issues, unfortunately I left the dealership with yet another problem. Which should have never occurred. *Update Brandon and the service manager both worked with me closely to fix the issue with my window swiftly and efficiently. I came in and they were ready to fix my window and they did it within 2 hours. I left a happy customer, and my car has no issues concerning the prior problems I was facing before they repaired it. More
