The reason I am giving this a two star review is simply because the unprofessionalism I received at the service center and the fact that they altered my review. Black Friday I purchased a 2019 Chevy Malibu because the unprofessionalism I received at the service center and the fact that they altered my review. Black Friday I purchased a 2019 Chevy Malibu and the sale person, Keith was excellent in every way and also the financial representative, Justin. I have no issues with the sales or finance department. My frustration lies with the service department. On Friday, December 3, I was told I could be my car in to have the sensor changed. Keep in mind, that I had called a week prior to confirm my time and to make sure they had the parts. I was told to come in a week later. I dropped my car off early Friday and they had no clue that I was coming, I showed the service tech that I had talked to them about coming in today. After waiting for 15 minutes I finally had someone take my car and was then notified that they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. Fast forward to later that evening I have received no calls from them and every time I called it went to voicemail. I ended having to go to the dealer ship to see what the issue was. When I got there, I was shocked at the service I received. What the service department did was, give my car keys to a sale person at the Malibu side and told him about not having the part. What they should have done was give me a call stating that they didn’t have the part and my car could be picked up. Instead they parked my car in the back, which I later discovered ants on the rear end of my car from being left in the back near the trees, and handed the keys to someone not in their department. I was able to have my car located with the sale person, Keith, Who went out of his way to drive me around in the golf cart to find my car. My issues is that I live in Miami and I am also a first responder, I had to take time off so that they could take care of my issue, believing that they should have ordered the part needed when I told them initially and to have the common courtesy to notify me of any issues. Now I have to wait for them to receive the part and take additional time off of work to get what could have been a simple, resolved. I am disappointed in the service I receive and its a shame, especially when I received great service from the sales and finance department. More

First time their, my car stayed their for two weeks the rental for another car came right out of my pocket but the the car is the same. Second time my car stayed thir for three days, then they told me my c rental for another car came right out of my pocket but the the car is the same. Second time my car stayed thir for three days, then they told me my car had no problem then why would the hold my car for two weeks and say they fix the transmission when they think nothings wrong! I came back another two times they said that their was no available mechanics because they were busy, I called them again to make an application for last Thursday, when I went the advisor said that the mechanic was going to drive the car with me inside. After he drove the car the mechanic said that their was nothing wrong with the car, the advisor name was Brandon. After when I came out he Brandon yelled at me started cursing me out and kicked me out of the dealer infront of everyone. And now theirs nothing I can do because I can't go back to fix my car. More
