I pulled in with my service engine light on my 2 yr old vehicle still under warranty. Asked them to scan the code to make sure the car was safe to drive until I could make an appt to deal with issue. They vehicle still under warranty. Asked them to scan the code to make sure the car was safe to drive until I could make an appt to deal with issue. They refused, saying I need to make an appt just to scan it! I repeated that I just need to know if it's ok to drive until I can get the car in good any issue. They refused to even do that. I called Finley in Beloit (20 min) way. They said it is not flashing, drive it up there and they would scan it right away. They did. I don't go back to Bachrodt even for an oil change or anything else. More

I’ve bought several vehicles from Lou Bachrodt over the years. Most of the vehicles I’ve bought were from salesman Sam Ferrile.
