I needed to get the oil changed on my Saturn Aura. Upon arriving Courtney greeted me and was very friendly and explained that the oil change would be free of charge. I had to bring my Chevy Venture in to their service area 9 times in an 8 month period to have the same/related problem fixed. Twice they misplaced my vehicle on the lot. They lost reservations to have the vehicle worked. When I brought my concerns to the service advisor he didn't seem to care about me or my issues. It wasn't until the GM was involved that my vehicle was finally fixed. Lou Bachrodt Automall's service department sucks. I had to take my 2005 Chevy Silverado in there yesterday to have warranty work done. I now have to take it back today as they messed up the door while fixing the other issue. More
