He approached us as I asked where to park. The dealership is under construction and a lot is going on. Danny pointed to a parking spot and with ease started to ask questions. He was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. He showed us the two different Terrain trims and explained in detailed the difference. We test drove one and coming back he made us an offer that we did not want to refuse. We left to pick up our dog that was at the groomers, dropped him off at home and drove back. Before leaving the house I told my husband "let's remove everything personal from the SUV just in case we get what we want." Well, 4 hours later, we were back home with a brand new car and very happy because there was not stress during the negotiations. Rody was easy to talk to, asked questions simply and answered without hesitation. It made the transaction a breeze. Because I'm happy, my husband is happy and my Schnauzer is happy too. I arrived and Leo was waiting for me; this vehicle was up on the stand by the road and he had it down and ready for a test drive. In the past the negotiating process has been not so pleasant but this time around it was not too bad. I often feel that when buying a car whether you get a great deal or not you still feel like you are getting taken advantage of. After leaving I felt I was treated fairly and got a fair price on the vehicle. All in all it was a good buying experience and this dealership and its personnel are what made so easy. I rarely feed the need to give reviews but in this case I think they deserved it! More
