We got to the dealer around 8 pm, we thought they closed at 9, we saw a group of salesmen in front ,as soon as I got of my car they scattered except for Robert, he did not move until we got closer then he a at 9, we saw a group of salesmen in front ,as soon as I got of my car they scattered except for Robert, he did not move until we got closer then he approached us and welcomed us as if it was 9 am. He showed us the car we wanted to see ,he ask my intentions,I told him I was buying the next day, he then proceeded to answer every single question I asked and went over everything about the verano I asked and more . I even said to him after I realized they were now closed to drop it and that we would buy the car the next day, but he wouldn't have it ,he continued until we were comfortable with all the info we came to get, and of course we DID come back and purchase the Buick Verano from Robert Garcia . Doral buick had awesome service. I was able to get down there from a 4 hour drive and there was such good service shown to me. On October 12, 2012, my husband and I visited the Doral Buick GMC dealership to purchase a new 2012 Buick Enclave. During that same week my husband had briefly stopped by during work and was greeted by Rob Buick GMC dealership to purchase a new 2012 Buick Enclave. Within the hour he called my husband with all the information so we can visit! Impressive! He did not waste time, especially ours. He was quick and accurate. The next day we visited but he was not in the building, we called him on his cell and he referred us to Leonardo Ullivarri. Its unbelievable how these two salesman look after each other!
