From the moment I and my husband stepped into Doral Buick, our experience was great. We were warmly received by Mr. Pinky Person at the door and he asked us to list our requirements which he noted car Buick, our experience was great. He took us for a test drive and patiently answered our questions regarding the features available in that car. My husband also drove the car but we wanted a car with cruise control. Mr. Person never lost his patience. He consulted with his manager and showed us another car. He allowed us to take a test drive with this car. and explained the features in this car. We commend his professionalism and his tactful and knowlegeable responses. In fact Mr. Person made the experience of buying a used car a very pleasant one because we were always told by our friends about the sales pitch at dealers that can cloud our decision making. But Mr. Person placed greater emphasis on customer satisfaction which is a rare trait among sales people. We are happy with our purchase and Mr. Person has been mainly responsible for this.
