I rarely get good service, so when I do, I always do whatever I can to show appreciation for it! I have purchased 6 new GM or GMC pick-up trucks or SUV's so I feel I am quite experienced with how someon whatever I can to show appreciation for it! I have purchased 6 new GM or GMC pick-up trucks or SUV's so I feel I am quite experienced with how someone should be treated at an auto dealership. I went today for service at Doral GMC (West Miami, Florida) and I was so happy to be greeted by someone who made me feel that they were sincerely willing to help! This was a pleasant surprise and it got better from there! The service advisor name was Tony Herrera. I am certain that his heart is in the right place. He was quick to show me that I did not need to purchase anything, even though I was prepared to do so, but he fixed my problem (passenger mirror) right on the spot. From there he called over another worker, Sergio, who was right from the same mold. He greeted me like I owned the dealership and went out of his way to help me with serveral other needs. Before I left, the Fixed Operations Director Carlos Rodriguez, approached me to be sure that I had been treated the way I had wished to be! I told him that I couldn't have been happy! I never felt pressured in any way to purchase anything and I left the dealership knowing that they all wanted to help me in any way that they could! The dealership is impeccable and the service is "supergood!" If you want to buy a car/truck/suv go there! You won't be disappointed! More

As soon as my family and I walked in the dealership we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Jesus treated us like if he knew us for a while.
