I emailed the dealership about a 2009 Tahoe they had on Internet price. I received a couple of emails from both, Joel Camacho and Jorge Espinosa stating to go to the dealership to work a deal on this vehic Internet price. On my arrival, none of my contacts were available and they did submit me to Henry, who had no idea where the vehicle was, or what deal we were talking about. After looking for the keys nobody knew where the Tahoe was. After 30 minutes I was told by Jorge Espinosa that the vehicle had been sold. I was left in the middle of the lobby, no other options were offered, no more help was offered, no apologies given.... you had a customer with a 700+ credit score willing to purchase a vehicle from you and you did not give him any importance.
