On October 12, 2012, my husband and I visited the Doral Buick GMC dealership to purchase a new 2012 Buick Enclave. During that same week my husband had briefly stopped by during work and was greeted by Rob Buick GMC dealership to purchase a new 2012 Buick Enclave. During that same week my husband had briefly stopped by during work and was greeted by Robert Garcia, immediately Robert wrote down all the specifics on what we wanted and what we had to trade. Within the hour he called my husband with all the information so we can visit! Impressive! He did not waste time, especially ours. He was quick and accurate. The next day we visited but he was not in the building, we called him on his cell and he referred us to Leonardo Ullivarri. Its unbelievable how these two salesman look after each other! Leonardo demonstrated the Enclaves to us, plus focused on Robert as the main salesman. This is a very professional family team within sales, others can learn from them! It makes you feel GOOD to buy from them! More

On Saturday 10/20/2012, I visited GMC Doral dealer ONLY to browse and see what offers were in place for a new leased SUV. Daniel Tano was there and he quickly approached me and was very friendly to me and to browse and see what offers were in place for a new leased SUV. After seeing some models, I was very happy to learn that the Buick Enclave was running an excellent lease program for the remaining 2012 models left. After reviewing the numbers, we were very surprised to learn that the budget we had for a new lease was satisfactorily matched by Danny and his Finance team. Without hesitation, we turned in my existing car (although it still had 2 more pending payments, the dealer took care of that). After couple of hours, me and my famiy were driving out in our new Buick Enclave and leaving behind my old SUV. I appreciate that Daniel was very honest and clear from the very beginning about this deal and provided a 150% effort to make it happened. Nowadays, it is very hard to find that kind of treatment on a dealership! More

My used car purchase at Doral Buick GMC was simply a smooth and very professional experience from the time I spoke on the phone with Carlos Alexander with Internet Sales to the document closing with Fer smooth and very professional experience from the time I spoke on the phone with Carlos Alexander with Internet Sales to the document closing with Fernando Pagan. Everyone at the dealership was very attentive to my needs and concerns, but none more so than Daniel Tano. Daniel spent about 7 hours with me the day I drove to Miami from Orlando in my rental car. During that time I never really considered him as a salesperson, but more of a friend helping me along this day's journey and clearing away any obstacles that would hinder my ability to make a decision on purchasing a beautiful blue 2009 VW CC 3.6 4MOTION that I had seen advertised on cars.com. Daniel accompanied me to the VW dealership across town so that I could have a third party inspect and evaluate the used vehicle and I was able to obtain all the service records from where the car had been serviced over the last 3 years. Daniel was quite the gentleman in making sure I was getting good service from a competing dealerships service department. During our wait, Daniel took me on a short walking tour of the Miami exotic car scene and at one point saved me from getting hit by an aggressive driver while crossing one of the main streets. He even treated me to a wonderul arugula steak salad at the Cafe Bistro inside Nordstroms. Back at the Doral Buick GMC dealership, Daniel introduced me to Charlie Garcia, the internet inventory manager, and helped me reconcile some minor concerns about the VW as a result of the inspection. Both Charlie and Daniel worked with their service department and Fernando in contracts to make sure I was happy with the resolution. After the sale, which was late in the afternoon, Daniel went out of his way to help me return my rental car to the Miami Airport, and get me on my way home to Orlando. So to sum it up, I would highly recommend Daniel Tano and Doral Buick GMC when considering either a new or used vehicle purchase. In most dealerships, you will not find a salesperson who will also double as a tour guide, body guard, chef, mediator, personal assitant and chauffer, but you will here!!! Oh, the best part, I didn't let Daniel know that this gringo de Orlando aprendio el castellano en Espana y entendia todo lo que los demas decian.....but no worries....everything was on the up and up....and everybody deserves que le tiran un hueso con carne de vez en cuando. When I arrived I was quickly approached by Jeancarlos Kent (without being pushy) I explain to him what I wanted and that my credit was horrible; then I prepared to be treated like a leper, boy was I wrong. Kent introduced me to Yoel Dominguez he was very professional and relieved all my worries. They explained the car I wanted (charger rt or 300c) were out of my reach because of my credit. He then proceeded to look for vehicles that fit my budget and most importantly was something I wanted. After Kent fought for me with the banks for at least 2 hours; during which time I felt welcomed and attended to; I ended with a 2011 Challenger with only 9600 miles on it. And Kent helped me see how I could repair my credit and even be able to get a charger or 300c in a couple of months. Can't say enough about the staff that I worked with from the ladies out front to the finance department, I was not only treated fairly but respectfully. 10 out of 10, best car buying experience ever, they have my loyalty for life.
