When a customer gets an appointment he should be advised in advance about 6 hour stay and not after being at the dealership even thought the service advisor was a great person very polite and respectful but I was being told after 5 hours stay that they had just started the oil change! Also I was visiting Longo Toyota for the 3rd time for my hybrid battery problem this is not right and professional

Toyota service receptionist shouldn’t overbook services and sacrifice loyal customers like me and make us wait 6 hours for oil change I don’t think this is the problem of the service advisor!! Noli Evangelista was really polite and explained but since I was there on time I couldn’t go back because of my Hybrid battery problem!!Five hours later they started my oil change!! It’s a nightmare coming to Longo Toyota this is the second time they make me wait and the 3rd time my hybrid battery giving problems I think Longo Toyota doesn’t have professional mechanics lack of experience I sence!! Such a bloody experience never again hopefully my Hybrid battery will last me till 100,000 miles
