LEO- Very Professional Thought I wait until a crisis happens to write my review. We heard some rattling in the pre-owned certified SCION we bought from Leo at Longo. We took it to another Toyota Dealer around our area, and they could not provide help us since the warranty just expired. So I emailed Leo and explained to him our situation and I figured I would not get a reply anytime soon….... TO MY SURPRISE - he called back within 5 minutes. Explained Longo has a 1 year warranty and asked us to schedule an appointment with Longo and they will look at the issue. AMAZING and AWESOME response in such a short time!! Usually the dealer/Sales will call you RIGHT back if you are interested in buying... BUT NOT LEO - he called even if there is an issue AFTER we had bought the car. Just can't believe this - and I'm pretty skeptical about Sales. Now going back to the day I bought the Scion - my wife and I drove through traffic and arrived a late (after 7 pm), but found Leo to be very pleasant and not overbearing. We just don’t like pushy sales folks, and Leo is NOT in this category at all. Very easy to work with, we offered a fair price (not offensive) and we negotiated a deal that both of us were happy with. He made sure everything was completed and waited for us (for 2 hrs to go through the paper work/process) – even though the dealership was closing. Just great patience and care from the first day to today (some 4 weeks later). Thanks Leo!! More
