Long Subaru

My vehicle required extensive service, including an engine tear down, radiator replacement, a wheel bearing replacement and rear brake pad and rotor replacement. The good things first. Abigail (Service Advisor) was courteous and pleasant to work with and and did a great job keeping me informed regarding the repair work. Matt (Service Technician) did a great job explaining the issues and required repairs. I was provided a new Crosstrek courtesy vehicle for the week my vehicle was in for repairs. I had one issue with the service. When the vehicle was return and I got it home I lifted the hood to inspect the engine compartment. I saw that the cap to the brake fluid reservoir was not on. I found the cap off to the side. I wiped it down to insure it was clean and screwed it back onto the reservoir. Luckily I did the engine compartment inspection preventing debris from getting into the brake fluid reservoir. More
